REST STOP

The summer movie season use to start with Memorial Day weekend; however, this year IRON MAN jumped the gun and opened on the 9th. In turn, I decided to start my summer traveling season early too!!

I decided to jump on I-25 and head south towards Socorro. First up was this cool rest stop about thirty minutes before Socorro. It was built to resemble an old western town. It is built on a flood plane thus the reason it is elevated off the ground. I dug it.










After reaching Socorro I went west on Rte 60 towards Magdelena NM and a very large array of.....well you'll just have to tune in won'tchya!!
